How do your systems work? Is there software to install?

All our systems sit within SystmOne and are made available through our SystmOne Organisation Group. Our systems utilise templates, clinical reports, protocols, templates, status alerts and other features within SystmOne. There's no software to install.

Do you have access to our data? Does data leave our system?

No data leaves your SystmOne unit and we can't access it through our SystmOne Organisation Group. Many practices choose to give access to a couple of members of our team for the initial period of support, localisation and training, but it's not essential. All our team members are experienced in primary care.

Is this AI?

No. Effectively its taking clinical decision making pathways and embedding them in SystmOne through clinical reports and protocols to enable the system to work out appropriate outcomes.

Can we have a free trial for a few months?

We allow practices to have a few weeks with free access to the system, just to understand better how it works. However, you’ll never get the benefit of it without committing to use the system and having the training and support we provide to get you up and running. So a trial for a few months isn’t much help. There comes a point where you need to go for it and you’ll soon see the impact.

Can this be made to work for our local requirements?

Practices vary a lot in how they work and we want our systems to work for you. We’ve built the system in a way that allows for that local variance. For example, you can choose whether you want to include Pill checks and HRT reviews in the system. Whilst we provide one shared Recall Overview template, when it comes to disease specific review template, we can make the template launch whatever template you want to use.

What support do we get?

We know our systems can transform the way a practice runs, but a lot of support is needed to make that change. We’re committed to giving practices the support they need to make that happen.

As well as online resources, we provide training in person or on teams. We usually do this by individual staff, and only one practice at a time, so the training is tailored appropriately to those attending. We’ll work particularly closely with those in your practice who are running and overseeing the system from your end. We’ll answer their questions, help to understand how the system works and how to make the most of it. We are not interested in providing a great system that goes unused!

Do we run the searches and send the invites out is the system automatic?

Currently, you run the searches and send out the invites, but it only takes about an hour a week of admin time. Generally that’s a big saving on what most practices currently do. Some parts of the system can be automated, e.g. when a pathology result is reviewed, messages can be auto-sent to patients in the background. We’re also developing a bot called Arpa (Augmented Robotic Process Automation) that could be used to automatically send invites out.
